基于 LabVIEW 和 PXI 的城市轨道车辆转向架测试系统

摘要: 为了能够快速准确地实现对城市轨道车辆转向架的性能测试, 搭建了基于虚拟仪器编程语言 LabVIEW 和 PXI
总线测试技术的城市轨道车辆转向架测试平台。应用单线程多卡耦合循环软件架构和错误跟踪方法, 保证了多数据采集卡
的协调运行和测试系统的可靠性; 采用双字节整数保存法优化实时数据的存储, 消除了硬盘存储瓶颈。实际应用证明, 该
测试系统适应性强、可靠性高, 使用方便、灵活, 能够充分满足城市轨道车辆转向架的测试要求。
