基于 LabVIEW 的柴油机供油系故障诊断系统开发

摘要: 基于虚拟仪器技术,利用 LabV IEW7 1编写采集分析程序,并以 Matlab Scrip t节点形式调用在 Matlab里训练成功
后的 BP神经网络程序,开发了柴油机供油系故障诊断系统。该系统由 PC I - 6221采集卡获取测取燃油压力波形,利用小
波包分解提取特征信号,并组成特征向量输入训练成功的 BP神经网络进行典型故障识别,诊断结果通过人机界面输出,从
而实现了故障诊断的智能化。

Abstract: Based on the virtual instrument technology, a fault diagnosis system for the fuel injection mechanism
of the diesel engine is developed. Pressure waves are measured by means of the data acquisition card PC I -
6221. The wavelet analysis and the BP work are used in the fault diagnosis system, in which the neu
work is designed and trained in Matlab. The work trained essfully can be called in form of
Matlab Scrip t node by the p rogram of signal p rocessing and analysis designed with the develop ing toolLabV IEW.
