空间液氦制冷器隔热屏蔽系统设计及优化

摘要:以空间液氦制冷器为研究对象,介绍了空间液氦制冷器隔热屏蔽系统的设计思路以及方法,设计了一套
以气冷屏为主、包括真空多层绝热和隔热支撑结构在内的隔热屏蔽系统,并编制数值计算程序对其进行了优化。计算
结果显示了气冷屏尺寸是影响制冷器内部温度场以及内胆热负荷的关键因素,提出了气冷屏尺寸的优化结果。

THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEM DESIGN AND OPTIMIZATION FOR
SPACE LIQUID HELIUM CRYOSTAT

Abstract:Base on the mission needs analysis and especial requirement for space target, the paper introduces the principle
and method of designing a thermal insulation system, consisted of vapor cooled shield, vacuum adiabatic multilayer, low
conductivity support structure. The calculation program was prepared to optimize it. The result shows the size of vapor
cooled shield is the key factor which impacts the internal temperature field and the heat load of the cryostat. It presents the
optimized size.
