摘要:目的本课题在中医药理论的指导下,对柴桂感冒颗粒的制备工艺进行研究,优化柴桂感冒颗粒剂的制备工艺参数。方法根据处方的功能主治和药物成分的性质,采用正交试验方法以及多指标综合评价方法,研究确定柴桂感冒颗粒的制备工艺。在制备工艺的研究中,采用常用的回流提取的方法提取,通过正交试验以浸膏得率、总多糖含量、总皂苷含量为指标优选出最佳水提工艺,再在最佳水提方案的基础上,通过正交试验以浸膏得率、总多糖含量、总皂苷含量为指标优选出最佳醇沉工艺;其次,考察不同辅料的制粒情况、外观、水分、溶化性、成型性等,优选出最佳成型工艺;最后,对优选工艺制备的颗粒的进行各项检查。结果筛选出最佳提取工艺为:处方药加10倍水,,煎煮2次,每次2h;最佳醇沉条件:,醇沉浓度为50%,静置时间为12小时;最佳成型工艺为:(60℃)的稠膏,加4倍辅料(甘露醇:糊精=:)混匀,湿法挤出制粒,所得颗粒于60℃下烘箱干燥约2h,整粒,即得。成型颗粒经检査符合药典规定。结论本实验筛选出的柴桂颗粒提取工艺、纯化工艺和成型工艺简单合理、稳定可行,可用于柴桂感冒颗粒的工业化生产。

Optimization of the Preparation Technology for Chai-gui- influenza Granules
Abstract:Objective Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and according to correlative regulations of patent Traditional Medicine,we studied the preparation process and optimized the parameters of Chai-gui- influenza Granules preparation process. Methods According to the function and property of chemical ingredients in this prescription, and using orthogonal design with multifactor prehensively,the optimum process of Chai-gui- influenza Granules were obtained. In the preparation technology research, we used water to decocte herbs,to extract haride yield,total content of saponin and content as index
,adopting orthogonal design and optimizated the best parameter of extraction. Secondly,investigating the granulating of different materials, the appearance,moisture content, melting resistance,moldability,then,select out the best molding process.
Finally,check then final forming Chai-gui- influenza Granules. Results The best water extraction process was as follows: 10 times of water was added, the material was soaked hour,extracted for tow times,2 h for each time; the best alcohol process was as follows: the relative density of liquid was ,the alcohol concentration was adjusted to 50%,alcohol precipitation time was 12 h;the best moulding process was as follows:the relative density of thick paste about (60 ℃),add
