原文题目: Thermal Product of Type-E Fast Response Temperature Sensors
Abstract:This paper provides practical data for thermal product values of different scratched temperature sensors that can be used for accurate transient heat transfer measurements under hypersonic flow effect of using different scratch techniques(abrasive papers and scalpel blades)to form the sensor’s junction is was observed that the thermal product of a particular sensor depends on the Mach number, junction scratch technique, junction location and enthalpy was demonstrated that using different scratched technique would produce different thermal product values
Key words:thermal product,fast response,temperature sensor,hypersonic flow.
Introduction
The accurate measurement of heat transfer rates has long been recognized as a key to improvements in unsteady energy conversion devices such as bustion engines, aerodynamics vehicles, gun barrels and in boiling experiments. The heat flow in these devices is usually quite high(hundreds of kilowatts per square meter)and very ,the requirement for a rugged and fast response temperature sensor is necessary for these coaxial sensor design is originally proposed by Bendersky Other surface sensors have been fabricated using scratches from abrasive paper or a sharp implement .The surface sensors have also been manufactured using two parallel wires or ribbon coaxial temperature sensor provides a measurement of temperature close to the surface of interest because of low thermal inertia of its order to identify the instantaneous heat flux history from the measured temperature history,it is necessary to apply a suitable experimental technique to acquire the accurate and single value of the thermal product of each particular sensor under transient heat conduction temperature sensors used in this work were constructed in our laboratory, its fabric
