装甲车辆车载变压吸附制氧装置性能的试验分析

摘要: 为解决高原部队缺氧问题, 更好地满足部队战斗、训练的需要, 对两台装甲车辆车载
变压吸附制氧装置的样机进行低压舱模拟试验。测试制氧装置性能, 分析产氧浓度、输出流量、
入口压力和海拔高度之间的关系以及耗电量对样机性能的影响。测试结果表明, 产氧浓度随海拔
高度的升高而降低, 随着输出流量的增大而减小, 随入口压力的增加而增加。样机 ZJS 2 的功耗
比 ZJS 1 平均高出 300W。样机的产氧性能基本满足系统工程生理学防护要求和国军标 GJB 114 —
1986《急性缺氧防护生理要求》。

Performance test and analysis of an oxygen producing device

Abstract : Simulation test in low pressure cabin was conducted for two armored vehicles equipped with pressure swing
adsorption oxygen producing device , in order to solve soldiers tableland anoxia problem and meet army s fighting and
training requirements. The performance of oxygen producing device was tested , and the variation of oxygen product
concentration, output flux and input pressure with height , and the effect of electricity consumption on prototype
performance are also analyzed. Experimental results indicate that oxygen product concentration drops with a decrease of
