摘要
第三代(3G)移动通信是目前移动通信发展的主要方向。中国作为世界上最大的移动通信市场,其第三代移动通信的发展己成为国际关注的热点。各通信运营商要想在移动通信市场竞争中占据有利地位、取得一定的市场份额,一个切实可行、科学合理的网络规划是必不可少的。网络规划设计的好坏对确保实现网络建设的目标(工期、质量、成本)、发挥新技术优势、取得良好的经济效益起着关键作用。WCDMA的技术优势能否得到充分发挥,网络规划和设计是至关重要的。此时进行WCDMA无线网络规划设计的深入研究是推进国内3G商用化的前提,有着积极的现实意义。
WCDMA 网络规划是3G移动通信网建设的核心部分,无论是 WCDMA 网络建设初期还是网络的扩容时期,细致周密的网络规划对于网络的建设成本与运行质量都具有极为重大的意义。本文结合 WCDMA 的技术特点,在汲取 GSM 网络建设经验的基础上,对WCDMA无线网络规划的特点、内容、过程等进行了初步的探讨,并重点对规划过程进行了研究。

Each munication operators to in munication petition occupies advantageous position, and obtained a certain market share, a practical, scientific and work planning is indispensable. The stand or fall work planning design to ensure that work construction of the target (time, quality, cost), use of new technology advantage, and good economic benefit is obtained to play a key role. WCDMA technology advantage can be brought into full play, work planning and design is of vital importance. At this time for WCDMA planning and design of thorough research is promoting the premise of domestic mercial applications, it has the positive realistic significance.
work planning is the core of 3G work construction, whether work construction part of initial work expansion period, meticulous work planning for work construction cost and operation quality has very important significance. Based on the technical characteristics, in WCDMA absorbing the work, on the basis of the construction experience of WCDMA planning characteristics, contents and process of carried on the preliminary discussion, with an emphasis on planning process was studied.
