近年来,特种工艺表面处理(电镀)技术在工业领域中得到了迅速的发展。特别是微裂纹镀铬工艺和柔性电镀自动线控制技术,以其高效、灵活、精密等显著特点,成为国内外的研究热点。
本设计提出了微裂纹镀铬电镀自动线柔性控制的具体解决方案。以PT(可编程终端简称触摸屏)与PLC(可编程控制器)等主要器件组成控制系统,接收并处理电镀设备的传感信号。同时,PLC将电镀设备的运行状态信息显示在触摸屏上,并等待接收控制指令。操作人员通过触摸屏输入指令信号,主控制模块根据触摸屏输入的指令和柔性控制算法控制电镀设备的工作状态,从而实现柔性电镀控制。上位机通过串口与控制系统实现通讯,可以根据具体需要更新控制系统的控制程序,从而使系统更具灵活性,以适应不同的生产需要。本课题完成了控制系统的软硬件设计,并成功应用于减振器杆微裂纹镀铬电镀自动生产线,取得了良好的效果。
本文首先讨论了柔性电镀自动线相关理论,结合电镀自动线机械设计和工艺设计要求,提出了柔性控制系统的解决方案,并对方案进行了详细的论证。在此基础上,完成了柔性控制系统硬件设计、柔性控制系统软件开发、PT与PLC现场调试及性能分析。

Abstract
In recent years, the technology of special process surface treatment(electroplating) has developed rapidly in the industrial field. Especially microfracture chromalizing technique and flexible electroplating automatic line control technique became the focus of domestic and overseas researcher because of its noticeable characteristics of high efficiency, agility and high precision.
This design introduces a specific solution of microfracture chromalizing automatic line flexible control. With the framework of PT (programmable termination called touch screen) and PLC (programmable Logic controller), we build the control system, which receives and processes the signal from the electroplate equipment. At the same time, the PLC views the state information on the PT, waiting for the input order. The operator inputs the control order by PT, in order to control the states of electroplate equipment. In this way, we can realize the flexible control method. The municates with the control system by RS232 serial interface, so we can refresh the program of the system to meet different produce needs, which makes the control system more convenient for different users. The software and hardware design were carried out and applied to microfracture chromalizing automatic production line of absorber stick essfully.
