摘要
叙述了炼轧厂板坯机械除鳞装置的结构、性能、工作原理、采取的制造工艺主要要求。板坯机械
除鳞装置是通过滚子上安装的滚刷冲刷板坯下表面达到去除氧化铁皮的作用, 确保加热炉内输送板坯的辊
道辊环( 耐热合金)表面不粘附氧化铁皮和杂质, 消除由于辊环粘附物对板坯下表面产生的划痕现象, 提高了
板材成品率、增加企业的经济效益。

AB STRACT
T he structure, performance and w ork ing princ iple of m echanical descaling dev ice o f slab a re in
troduced. T he m echan ica l device o f slab is insta lled on the ground through the ro ller brush to rem ove the slab surface
e rosion m eta l ox ide, it is ensure that the roller ring surface do not adhesion iron ox ide and impurities the ro ller con
veyor in hea ting fu rnace. The scra tch of slab low er surface because o f the ro lle r ring adhesion is d ispe lled. The fina l
produc t ratio o f plate po rtion is improv ed and econom ic efficiency o f ente rprises is increased.

前言冷却循环水(不间断供水), 防止在高温环境下受热变形,
炼轧厂扇形段作业区板坯在进入轧钢加热炉前, 钢滚刷部位设有排水冷却口对钢丝刷冷却降温。
坯表面必须进行高压水除鳞处理。为了确保加热炉内输板坯机械除鳞装置工作原理( 见图 1)
