采用 Inventor的机械压机参数化设计及运动仿真

摘要: 机械压机是将原料放入压机内, 经过高温高压加工, 转变为最终产品的机器。针对机械压机的结构及其特点, 介绍
基于机械压机系列产品参数化设计的实现方法。将压机整体分为零件和部件两层结构。首先确立部件模型的装配, 通
过参数表和程序确定部件的规格, 依次对零件建模, 组装成总装配图。最终对机械压机进行运动仿真设计, 观察工作过
程, 以检验设计的正确性。
