多失效模式机械零部件可靠性稳健设计

摘要: 应用概率摄动法与可靠性分析的四阶矩技术, 对多失效模式下机械零部件可靠性分析和稳健
设计方法进行探讨。确定了不同失效模式间的统计相关特性; 基于结构灵敏度分析的梯度算法和可靠
性优化设计的最小灵敏度准则, 讨论了具有非正态分布参数的机械零部件可靠性稳健设计问题; 提出了
多失效模式下结构可靠性分析与稳健设计的数值方法。

Abstract: Probability per turbation theor y and the fourth mom ent method w ere employed to discuss
the reliability and reliability - based optim ization pr oblem o f po nents w ith multiple
failure modes. The cor relation coefficients of failur e m odes w ere evaluated firstly . Then, com bination of
gradient algorithm for sensitiv ity analysis and m inimization of sensitivity index fo r robust, a num er ical
method for system r eliability- based optim ization of po nent w ith ar bitrary r ando m dis
tribution subjected to multi- failure m odes w ere extensively studied.

引言关系数的近似方法。然而, 客观全面考虑多失效
可靠性标准已成为评价设计产品质量高低的模式作用下的机械部件可靠性分析和优化设计的
重要指标之一。在机械结构设计过程中, 只有考算法还不多见。由此, 本文对多失效模式机械零
虑各个设计参数的统计分散性能, 才能更好地反部件可靠性稳健设计进行研究。
