摘要: 研究了高压开关机械特性测试系统的软硬件设计; 采用上下位机模式实现高压开关测试、结果计算及显示功能; 由 ARM、
FPGA 及信号处理模块组成的下位机系统实现高压开关动作控制和数据采样功能; 运行在 PC 机上的上位机系统主要完成测试指令下发、
测试结果计算与显示以及数据保存和读取; 上下位机系统通过网络芯片 DM 9000 实现以太网通信协议; 试验证明, 该系统稳定性好且采
样精度高, 具有良好的实用价值。
