机械类专业实践教学协同设计的研究与实践

摘要:针对金工实习课程教学过程中数控实践操作部分加工零件与课程设计内容毫无关联的不足,以
及传统课程设计存在的弊端,构建了一种自主设计、自主制造和自主装配的新型教学模式,即将金工实
习课程与机械原理、机械设计、机械制造技术基础、CAD /CAM 技术等课程设计进行协同设计。学生可
在课程设计中自主设计机器及其零部件,而在金工实习过程中则虚拟加工制造出零部件,然后装配成一
部完整机器。从而2 极大地激2 发了学生的学习热情和创造力,培养了学生的自主创新能力与创新意识。

Abstract: A new teaching model which has characteristics of self designed, self manufacturing and self assembly,
namely the metalworking p ractice bined with those course design of mechanical p rincip les, mechanical design,
mechanical basic manufacturing technology, and CAD / CAM technology. Students can design their own curriculum de
sign of machines and the parts ponents, and in the p rocess of metalworking p ractice they can create virtual ma
