【摘要】目的评价静脉腔内激光术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床价值。方法回顾2009年8月至2013年9月间有症状的100例(103条肢体)接受静脉腔内激光术的患者(激光组)与同期90(100条肢体)分段抽剥术患者(抽剥组)的随访资料,比较两组患者术后深静脉血栓形成、神经损伤、症状改善、复发,恢复正常活动时间等。结果:两组患者在术后深静脉血栓形成无显著差异(P>),静脉腔内激光术后神经损伤发生率低(P<)、症状改善明显(P<)、恢复正常活动时间短(P<),但静脉腔内激光术后复发比率较抽剥术高(P<)。结论:静脉腔内激光术治疗大隐静脉曲张术后恢复快、并发症发生率低,但有一定的复发率。

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical value of EVLT treatment of saphenous varicose veins.
