【摘要】目的探讨预见性护理对降低胸椎穿刺不良反应的影响。方法将2011年12月一2012年12月在我院门诊治疗室进行胸穿的125例患者,随机分为实验组和观察组。观察组按常规的护理方法进行护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行预见性的护理。比较两组患者胸穿后不良反应及并发症情况。结果实验组胸穿后不良反应并发症发生率明显低于观察组(p<)。结论预见性护理能有效降低胸穿患者术后不良反应。

【Abstract】Objective The essay discusses the impact of predictive nursing on decreasing the adverse reactions of Thoracic puncture .Method The 125 patients who did thoracentesis in treatment room of our hospital during Dec 2011 to Dec 2012 are randomly divided into experiment group and observation group. The Observation group receive routine nursing, while experiment group receive predictive nursing that is based on routine nursing. Thus pare adverse reactions plications between the two groups after After Thoracic puncture, the rate of adverse reactions plications in experiment group was lower than that in observation group.(p<)Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively decrease the adverse reactions plication of Thoracic puncture.
