摘要:渔业可持续发展是水域生态环境、渔业经济、渔村社会协调发展的渔业发展理论和战略,其理念可以追溯到传统的渔业管理理论。渔业可持续发展研究在理论问题、指标体系和战略实施方面取得阶段性成果,但研究缺乏力度和持续度,学术深度和广度均不够。先行研究以宏观研究、应用研究、对策研究、概念研究和文献研究居多,而微观研究、理论研究、实证研究、评价研究和调查研究相对较少且薄弱。后续研究应关注概念本质属性、评价指标体系、战略方策创新、研究领域拓展、实证调查研究和前沿研究课题。

This conception dates back to traditional theory of fisheriesmanagement. The research on sustainable development of fish-eries shoe achievements in theoretical issues, system ofindicators and implementation of strategy, but reveals lack of re-search strength and persistence, and academic depth and ited. The existing research results mainly concentrateon macro-research, applied research, countermeasures research,concept research, and literature research. The results concern-ing micro-research, theory research, positive research, assess-ment system, and actual survey are paratively fe of assessment indicators, renovation ofstrategy and methods, expansion of resear
