[摘要] 培养具有创新意识、创新能力和工程实践经验的复合型高级军事人才是高等工科军事院校教
学改革所追求的目标。以参赛全国大学生机械创新设计大赛为牵引, 探索新形式下军校学员机械创新设计能力
培养的若干措施, 如着重培养创新兴趣、改革教学内容和方法、集体指导、强化技能训练等。实践结果证明,
这些措施颇有成效。

Mechanical Situation Design of the Cadets in the New Situation

Abstract : The cultivation of the posite military personnel with innovative consciousness , innovative ability and
practical experience in engineering is the aim pursued by military engineering academies in their teaching reform. Beginning with
the innovative mechanical design contest of the university students all over the country , we investigale the measures to develop the
innovative mechanical design ability of the cadets in the new situation , such as focusing on the cultivation of innovative interest ,
