2 2 面向机2 械2 产品设计的多层次规划研究

摘要:在总结和分析与产品设计规划相关研究成果的基础上,提出了多层次(3L/ 8D) 产品设计规划理论方
法,即从设计战略、设计业务、设计质量检验三个层面(3L) 对产品设计进行全面规划,具体包括:设计环境、设计思
想、设计目标、设计内容、设计方法、设计过程、设计的潜在问题分析和设计质量评价等八个环节(8D) ,以提高设计
效率和设计的成功率。详细论述了产品设计规划各阶段的决策模型及具体的规划方法,并以某压缩机转子振动实
验台为对象,进行了实例研究,初步建立了该多层次设计规划的理论框架。

Abstract :On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant studies of product design planning , the theory method
of 3L/ 8D planning was proposed which meant to conduct overall product planning from perspectives such as design
strategy , task and quality check , According to this method , in order to ensure design efficiency and ess rate , de
sign stratagem layer , design operation layer and design inspection layer (3L) should be considered during the planning ,
and the three layers were divided into 8 sections , they were design environment , design ideas , design objective , design
content , des
