全自动机械防碰撞平煤器的改进设计

摘要: 在煤炭运输中, 火车的高速运行必然要求装车的高质量, 其装载不平衡将造成偏载, 存在安全隐患, 因
而结构简单、性能优良、安全实用的平煤设备显得必不可少。针对目前平煤设备易发生与火车相撞事故的现
状, 提出并研制了全自动机械防碰撞平煤器。介绍了该平煤器的基本结构和工作原理。使用表明, 该平煤器
工作安全可靠, 效果较好。

Abstrac t: In the coa l transpo rtation, load ing h igh qua lity is necessary for speed tra ins, o ffset load wou ld cause load imba lance, and bring

down shovel w ith s imp le structure, ex cellent perform ance, secure
and practica l characters. For the curren t, breaking

P ractice showed that breaking
dow n shove lw as safe and re liab le, and has ga ined good effec ts.
