随着社会的进步和科学技术的不断发展,人们物质文化生活的需要也日益增加,人们对环境的要求也越来越高了。因此,环境问题成了人们关注的焦点,空气土壤和水成为了重点污染对象,如何治理就成为新世纪接班人所要面对的首要问题。
作为一名环境工程本科毕业生,应以治理环境,改善水体水质为己任,认真学习本科生的课程,在指导教师的指导下完成毕业设计,为将来的学习工作打下扎实的基础,争取在将来为解决水污染问题贡献自己的一份力量。
黑龙江省中部地区A市人口众多,属水资源短缺的地区之一。随着工业生产的发展和人民生活水平的提高,水资源短缺问题尤为突出。由于该市排水系统很不完善,大量的城市污水、工业废水无法及时处理,是水体受到严重的污染,当地自然环境正受到严重的威胁,并且已经影响到经济的发展和人民正常生活。建设排水工程已成为迫在眉睫的大事。
基于上述原因,本设计在充分调研该市水文地质、受纳水体水质资料、人口分布和气象条件的情况下,对包括排水管网和污水处理厂的整套排水设施进行设计。其中,对进水水质、出水水质进行分析,污水处理厂一级、以及以法为主体的二级处理工艺流程的选择给予说明,对具体污水及污泥构筑物结构进行了详细计算。本文将技术经济分析评价贯穿于设计的全过程,力求使工程项目达到经济最优化。

Abstract
With the improvement of society and the development of technology, more and more are needed by people. The problem of environment has been the focus .Air, soil, water e the most polluted, so how to control the pollution is what we have to be faced with.
As a college student of environmental engineering department, I should consider that the pollution of water as my duty. And study very hard to do my devise with the help of PRO-Zhang.
City A locates at middle part of Heilongjiang province. It is a populous region where the shortage of water is severe. With the development of industry and the raise of living standard, the shortage of water is evident day by day. Great amount of domestic and industrial waster water is discharged without proper treatment, which pollutes the river badly. The damaged environment is endangering the development of economic and people’s life. The building of water drainage system is a must.
The design based on the hydrological, geological and receiving water materials. It includes the distribution of waster water discharge system and design of wastewater treatment plant. Specifically, it reasons the choice of primary and secondary treatment process — process, the calculation of constructing process. Meanwhile, evaluate and calculate the total cost of the project.
