摘要
作为高校三大办学支柱之一的图书馆,承担着为学校教学科研服务的重任,正逐
步使用计算机进行自动化管理。而传统的图书馆自动化管理系统难以适应和满足知识
经济对高校图书馆的要求,影响了图书馆管理与服务的功能发挥。为此,必须建立以
信息技术、计算机技术、网络技术支持的、人机结合的图书馆管理系统,将管理与系
统有机地结合在一起,才能使图书馆功能最大化、服务最优化、管理规范化。
本文根据高校图书馆适应知识管理的需要,结合管理系统目前的发展状况、技术
水平及图书馆管理实际,对高校图书馆管理系统进行了设计和开发。该系统根据高校
图书馆各项工作的内容及特点,不仅实现了图书馆各项业务工作自动化,并通过强大
的统计功能全方位地为图书馆业务监控和决策提供参考依据,特别针对合并院校图书
馆的实际满足馆际协作与资源共享的需要,而且界面友好,操作简便,维护方便。
本文描绘和阐述了高校图书馆管理系统的设计、开发及实现过程。首先,简要地
介绍了管理系统的有关概念及技术基础,全面而详细地分析了高校图书馆现行管理系
统的组织结构、组织业务流程、组织需求及组织数据流程等,得到了新系统的逻辑模
型。在此基础上,选用了合乎高校图书馆实际的关系数据库理论与设计方法,进行了
高校图书馆管理系统数据库的概念结构和逻辑结构设计。最后,利用结构化设计方法
WindowsNT
MicrosoftSQL 作为数据库管理系统,以作为系
统开发工具进行了程序设计和系统实现,开发出了界面友好、功能强大、通用性好的
