摘要
集装箱码头在海、陆两者之间,起到枢纽的作用,也是国际供应链中最关键的环节之一。伴随着国际集装箱运输业与船舶大型化的迅速崛起,集装箱码头的自动化变成一个必然的趋势。本文就以集装箱自动化码头环节中的物流作为探讨的目标,并侧重于对其策划、建模、控制、仿真以及优化这五大板块展开了详细的探究。
本论文,先是对集装箱自动化码头的物流整个系统展开了策划,并推荐了另一种全新的集装箱装卸工艺策略,该工艺是以物流系统仿真软件eM-Plant作为主要的平台,以此研发出集装箱自动化码头的仿真模型,然后展开仿真试验。根据仿真目标,确定了仿真内容,制定了仿真工况和仿真方案。在仿真试验的过程中,对集装箱自动化码头的物流系统众多环节中的装卸工艺展开分析探究,并从中得出两种改进策略用以优化该设备的配置,而后在3个方案中,通过对比,选择最优方案。

Abstract
Container terminal ost important logistics node in all taches of international supply order to acmodate the rapid development and the trend of the jumbo container vessels of international container transportation trade, automated container terminal must be researched and , this paper mainly discussed the layout and design, modeling, control, simulation and optimization of ACT by acting logistic system of automation container terminals.
Firstly, this paper made a layout and design of logistics system on ACT and introduced a neulation model about automated container terminal and made a simulation experiment on the base of logistic system simulation softulation targets, this paper established simulation contents, simulation projects and simulation simulation experiments , the paper learned the handling technology and the facility optimizer , this paper presented 2 improvement schemes. After contrasting these 3 schemes, the paper obtained the best scheme of the odeling, Automated Container Terminal, Overhead Track Shuttling System, Simulation Optimization, eM-Plant
