我国大中城市近十余年建设快速路的经验表明:城市快速路是一把“双刃剑”, 科学合理的快速路规划设计直接关系到项目建成后的运行状况和实施效益。结合规划阶段的具体工作, 提出以设施后评价、交通运行后评价、城市交通一体化衔接后评价、实施效果后评价、经验和教训组成的城市快速路规划实施后评价方法体系。利用该后评价方法体系, 对武汉市快速路系统进行规划实施后评价, 以指导未来城市快速路建设。

Study on Post Evaluation Method of Urban Expressway System Planning Implementation

Abstract:
The experience of expressway construction in the large and medium-sized cities of China in recent ten years shows that the urban expressway is a "double-edged sword", and the scientific and rational planning and design of expressway are directly related to the operation status and implementation benefits after the pletion. Combined with the specific work in the planning stage, the article puts forward the method system of the post evaluation of facilities, the post evaluation of traffic operation, the post evaluation of urban traffic integration joining, the post evaluation of implementation effect, and the post evaluation of urban expressway planning and posed of experience and lessons.
