摘    要:
目的评价维生素D辅助治疗儿童哮喘的疗效, 为维生素D辅助治疗哮喘提供科学依据。方法检索数据库中1995年1月1日至2016年4月1日应用维生素D辅助治疗儿童哮喘的符合纳入及排除标准的临床随机对照试验文献, 由两位评审人员独立阅读文献, 根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献, 并提取相关资料及所需数据。采用Rev Man 。结果共纳入9篇文献, 共包括922例患者。Meta分析结果显示, 维生素D辅助治疗组总有效率高于对照组, 维生素D辅助治疗组在改善ACT评分方面及1年内发作次数方面与对照组作用相当, 在改善25羟维生素D3 (25- (OH) D3) 水平方面优于对照组。结论维生素D联合其他药物辅助治疗儿童哮喘具有较好的临床疗效, 但由于现有临床研究较少, 今后仍需大样本、多中心高质量临床研究, 以提供更可靠、更准确的评价结果。
