摘要: 这次设计通过以下步骤完成设计的。首先选择方案(平面、立面、剖面),
同时根据材料的供应情况,选择砌体的类型;其次根据屋(楼)盖类别和横墙间距确定
房屋的静力计算方案,然后纵、横墙进行高厚比验算;进行承载力验算验证墙体受力是
否满足要求,以及为了满足正常使用极限状态的要求,墙体尚应满足相应的构造要求。
最后根据工程地质勘察报告确定基础埋置深度、地基承载力,然后按地基承载力要求计
算基础底面尺寸,按刚性角要求确定基础高度。
