镁合金轮毂低压铸造过程模拟

摘要: 运用软件 TM 对镁合金轮毂的低压铸造过程进行了数值模拟, 研究了填充和凝
P2AM CA S2T
固过程中温度场、流场以及液体分数等主要参数的分布, 预测在此过程中可能出现的各种缺陷. 结
合镁合金独特的物理性能, 分析了这些缺陷的形成机理, 给出抑制这些缺陷的方法和措施. 发现通
过降低浇注速度, 可有效地消除在浇铸过程中所产生的气孔和部分缩孔缺陷, 以获得高质量的镁合
金铸件.
