摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展,城市规模不断扩大,以及人们生活水平的不断提高,对城市生活供暖的用户数量和供暖质量提出了越来越高的要求。目前,我国北方地区冬季生活供暖仍然以锅炉供暖为主。因此,如何提高锅炉的效率和锅炉的自动化控制具有重要的意义。
本文是基于PLC和变频调速技术的供暖锅炉控制系统。该控制系统由可编程控制器S7-300、变频器、风机、水泵、传感器等组成。S7-300控制程序采用西门子公司的STEP7编程软件设计,主要完成模拟量信号的处理,温度和压力信号的PID控制等功能,系统通过监测到的室内外温度,确定出回水温度,然后通过出回水温度的值控制燃烧系统,根据监测的压力值控制循环泵、补水泵的转速。系统可实现自动控制和手动控制,手动控制通过变频控制柜控制风机和水泵。本文设计的变频控制系统实现了锅炉燃烧过程的自动控制,系统运行稳定、可靠。

Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy, the city have been expanding, and the continuous improvement of living standards of urban life, the number of users and the heating quality of higher and higher heating requirements. At present, life in northern China in winter heating boiler heating still dominated. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of boilers and boiler automatic control is of great significance.
This article is based on the PLC and frequency conversion technology of the boiler control system. The control system consists of programmable controllers S7-300, drive, fans, pumps, sensors and ponents. S7-300 control program using Siemens STEP7 programming software design, mainly plete analog signal processing, temperature and pressure signals of the PID control function, the system to the room temperature and outdoor temperature by monitoring to determine the return water temperature, and then through the return value control bustion system, the monitoring of the pressure control loop pump, fill the pump speed. System can achieve automatic control and manual control, manual control through frequency conversion control control fans and pumps. Frequency control system designed in this paper the bustion process to achieve the automatic control system is stable and reliable.
