The Index Guide is divided into two sections. Click
either of the sections below to quickly open that PDF
file:
• Introduction plus indices A-L
• Indices M-Z plus the appendices
To quickly move to a section within either file, click an
entry listed in the Bookmark section. Bookmarks are
located to the left of your electronic document and
resemble a table of contents.
To improve viewing quality, select Zoom to from the
View menu. Enter a magnification or select a
magnification from the Magnification pop-up menu.
Paging options are also available in the View menu or
by using the scroll bar.
