【关键词】 CAP化疗【摘要】目的探讨进口紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗方案(TP)治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效及毒性作用。方法对1996年1月~2003年6月采用TP化疗方案治疗的晚期卵巢癌患者进行回顾性分析,并与环磷酰***(C)、阿霉素(A)及顺铂(P)联合化疗方案(CAP)进行比较。TP组20例,CAP组36例。结果 %,%,两组间差异有非常显著性(P<)。TP组的不良反应在骨髓抑制、消化道症状、肝肾损害方面小于CAP组,在肌肉痛、手足麻木方面大于CAP组,两组间差异有显著性(P<)。而口腔炎、脱发、发热、面部潮红两组间差异无显著性(P>)。结论 TP作为治疗晚期卵巢癌一线用药疗效高于CAP,而且毒副作用小,推荐作为治疗晚期卵巢癌的一线方案。
