摘要
复摆式鄂式破碎机具有以下优点:质量较轻,构件较少,结构更紧凑,破碎腔内充满程度较好,所装物料块受到均匀破碎,加以动鄂下端强制性推出成品卸料,故生产率较高,比同规格的简摆鄂式破碎机的生产率高出20-30%;物料块在动鄂下部有较大的上下翻滚运动,容易呈立方体的形状卸出,减少了像简式产品中那样的片状成分,产品质量较好。
鄂式破碎机根据破碎物料大小的不同,可分为粗式破碎机和细式破碎机。
在设计颚式破碎机之前,我们查阅了许多相关资料,画出了其结构示意图,计算了与设计有关的各种参数。设计所采用的材料是有机塑料板,将破碎机内部的结构细致地反映了出来,我们所设计的复摆式颚式破碎机能真实地反映出它的工作情况,设计好了的破碎机运动顺畅、平稳。
