应用以气候条件和场地环境为引导, 以被动式绿色节能技术为主导, 主动式绿色技术为补充的绿色住宅规划设计思路与策略, 结合南宁五象丽景小区规划设计实践, 从总平面规划、建筑设计、场地与建筑室内物理环境模拟、绿色适宜技术应用等方面, 探讨绿色住宅的设计方法。

Research on design method of green house——The munity planning and design in Nanning

Abstract:
This paper puts forward the green residential planning and design ideas and strategies based on the characteristics of the climate and the site environment for guidance, the passive green energy saving technology as the leading role, and the active green technology as the supplement. The design method of green house is explores by the practice of munity planning and design from the aspects of general plan, architectural design, physical environment simulation of site and architecture, application of green suitable technology and so on.

0 引言
在可持续发展理念的引领下, 绿色建筑和绿色住区正成为中国建筑业发展的主流, 健康宜居的绿色住宅也逐步成为房地产业的主流产品。从国情出发, 量大面广的住宅建设项目利用低技术、低成本策略实现“四节一环保”(节地、节能、节材、节水和保护环境) 的绿色目标是一种必然的选择, 但这并不意味着住宅规划设计的低技术, 而是要求建筑师增强绿色建筑意识自觉, 创新设计理念、改进设计
