利用网络免费专利数据库SOOPAT和佰腾网, 检索以1985-2015年遵义师范学院申请的职务发明专利, 并运用文献计量学方法, 从专利申请与授权量、专利申请的有效状态、专利发明人、专利IPC分类、专利申请学科分布等方面进行了统计分析。统计数据显示, %。结果表明, 遵义师范学院(2012-2015) 专利申请呈大幅增长趋势, 表明最近几年学校的科研创新能力得到了较大提升。作者通过数据统计分析, 指出了存在的问题并提出了建议。

A Statistical Analysis of the Patents of Zunyi Normal College from 1985 to 2015

Abstract:
The Soopat and work were used to retrieve the service invention patents applied by Zunyi Normal College from 1985 to 2015, and then these retrieval data were analyzed by m
eans of bibliometric method in terms of patent application and authorization, patent inventors, patent IPC classification and patent effective condition, etc. The statistics show that invention patents account for %of the total applications. The result shows that there assumes a sharp increase as to the patent application in Zunyi Normal College from2012 to 2015, indicating a relative improvement of research level of this college in recent years. This paper points out some problems and puts forwards some solutions to these problems.
