内容摘要
民营企业是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,但民营经济的实际增长速度并不等于它的潜在增长速度。因此,本文主要通过对我国民营经济发展过程中存在的问题从五个方面进行了分析,并且为了促进民营经济的健康发展从创造筹资、管理方式、管理者、人才和国内政策环境等几方面提出了相应的发展对策。

Abstract
The private enterprise is our country socialist market economy important constituent, but the privately operated economical actual rate of rise is not equal to its latent rate of , this article mainly through the question which existed to our country privately operated economy developing process in from five aspects has carried on the analysis, and in order to promote the privately operated economical healthy development from the creation fund raising, the management way, the superintendent, the talented person and the home policy environment and so on several aspects proposed the corresponding development countermeasure.
