无源梯形高阶高通滤波器的模拟设计
摘要
运算放大器作为有源器件的滤波电路,人们已经十分熟悉。但是电流传送器的使用还不被人们了解,电流传送器构成的滤波器就更为陌生。可电流传送器的电流传输特性使它成了电流模式VLSI电路中最基本的积木块。
该文介绍了电流传送器的特性和实现。文章归纳了以电流传送器为有源器件的有源网络元件模拟电感电路,。然后用模拟电感电路来代替LC梯形高通滤波器中的电感,并用五阶高通滤波器来做例子说明。通过用PSPICE软件仿真,仿真结果与理论分析完全吻合。文章最后简单介绍了PSPICE软件。

SIMULATION DESIGN OF THE PASSIVE TRAPEZOIDAL HIGHER ORDER HIGHPASS FILTERS
ABSTRACT
The operational amplifier took active device filter circuit is well knowed by people, but how to use the electric current conveyer is still plex problem. The filter using the electric current conveyer is more stranger. But electric current transmission characteristic of the electric current conveyer has caused it to be the most basic product log in the electric current pattern VLSI electric circuit.
Electric current conveyer characteristic and the realization is explained in this article, The article has induced take the electric current conveyer as the active device work part simulation inductance electric circuit, and has carried on the analysis to the simulation inductance. Then the principle and design method of LC trapezoid high-pass filter is introduced. After that the LC trapezoid high-pass filter’s inductance is replaced with the analogous circuit and we take high-pass filter (five steps) for example here. The simulation based on PSPICE is also introduced in this paper, and resulting result and theory are analyzed to be totally identical. The active circuit realizes this kind of passive electric circuit design to have very many merits; For example the sensitivity is extremely low, easy to realize, stable and so on. The article finally has given the brief explanation to the simulation software, is advantageous for the reader to be familiar with the software.
