汽车空调系统与发动机冷却系统的耦合研究

摘要

本文对汽车空调系统与发动机冷却系统进行了耦合计算和实验
对比研究,找出了系统之间的相关性,可以提高空调系统和冷却系统
的设计和改进。
建立了空调系统和冷却系统数学模型,对换热器空气侧进行了分
析,建立了换热器数据库。考虑了空气进气阻力和流动阻力影响以及
太阳辐射和车身特性对系统的影响。对空调系统和冷却系统进行了耦
合计算和环模实验。在优化的基础上,进行了耦合系统相关性分析。
计算结果表明,计算值能够很好地模拟系统的性能和车室内实际
降温曲线。测试结果对比显示,计算值与实验值吻合良好。数值模拟
对汽车热系统进行耦合计算可行,计算结果能够反映耦合系统车室内
温度动态变化。
相关性分析表明,在较大范围的车速下,空调系统的制冷量和
COP 能够保持较稳定值,而冷却系统性能呈现不规律性。在不同的
正常冷凝器出风温度(即不高于环境温度 11~14℃)下,水箱散热量变
化不大,冷却液和润滑油温度能够保证发动机正常。

COUPLED ANALYSIS OF AUTOMOBILE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
AND ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

The air conditioning system and engine cooling system are
inter-acted in vehicle operation. The system performance can be
improved by coupled analysis.
Numerical models are developed for air conditioning system and
engine cooling system in this paper. The pressure drop analysis of airside
of heat exchangers (HX) was studied detailly, and the database was set up
to implement the numerical models. Parameters including air
distribution,flow resistance,vehicle body and solar radiation were
modeled. Experiments are carried out for air conditioning system and
engine cooling system performances in the Environmental Simulation
Lab.
Coupled calculational results present the model developed in this
paper can well simulate the system performance partment
cool-down curve. Numerical and experimental data have a good
agreement. The model developed in this paper is helpful for the design of
the automobile air conditioning system and engine cooling system.
The results of relativity study show that air conditioning system
cooling capacity and COP will retain steady and keep passengers
fortable under a wide vehicle speed range. But the heat
output of radiator changes irregularly. Under different normal condenser
air outlet temperature (not allowed to be 11 to 14℃ a
