摘要
随着人类对环境质量认识的不断提高汽车废气排放的问题越来越受到人们的
关注同时国家的法律法规对汽车废气排放的要求也越来越高特别是执行轻型汽
车欧 II 排放标准之后对燃油系统的气密性和通气性检测就成了生产一致性检查中
必不可少的项目之一
国内现有的对汽车燃油系统进行气密性和通气性检测的设备还没有统一的标
准各大汽车生产商都是根据自己的实际情况设计制造了专用设备这些设备在硬
件构造测量方法的选择判断标准的制定上都各有差别有自己的缺点和优点
论文针对厂家的汽车燃油系统的具体构造情况提出了一种以工业 PC 和可编
程控制器为核心的测控系统方案并选用高精度小量程差压传感器测量压力并
且将组态软件技术应用于该测控系统的软件设计以国产组态软件组态王 为平
台开发了友好的人机界面而且和信息管理服务器进行通信实现数据的网络共

该系统对用低压进行充气的方法作了适当改进使用高压对燃油系统充气减
少了充气时间同时在大量试验数据的基础上分析高压充气后油箱内气体的平衡
过程提出补偿算法实现对燃油系统的快速准确检测该设备已经投入使用达
到了预期的设计目标

Abstract
With the awareness of environmental standard enhanced, people gradually recognize
the importance of the exhaust emission, and the government raised the standard of the
exhaust emission. ply with the standard of the emission of pollutant (70/220/eec),
it’s necessary to do the online test for leakage and venting of the fuel system during the
inspection of conformity of production.
In the domestic, The equipments for testing leakage and venting of the fuel system
are different, manufactories design and make the expert equipments for testing their own
automobile. The hardware and the method of measuring, the standard of the enterprise of
the equipments are different, They have excellences ,but have disadvantages too.
Due to the concrete conditions of the automobile’s fuel system, a measure and
control system based on industrial PC and programmable controller is proposed is this
thesis, and use high accuracy and short scope sensor to measure pressure.
Applying Industrial configuration software technology to the software design of
measure and control system, the host software of measure and control system is
developed based on the kingview , domestic configuration software platform. The
application of the configuration software reduces the developing period, improves the
flexibility and reliability of the s
