统计过程控制方法在汽车配件行业的应用研究

摘要
统计过程控制(SPC)方法是汽车行业供方建立有效的制造过程控制系统,以求
更高效和经济的生产出符合要求的产品的利用统计技术进行过程控制的质量管理方
法。其基本原理是采用统计方法对过程及其输出特性进行持续监测,以及时、准确
的获取过程实际性能信息,并采取适当的反应措施保持过程的稳定性。
本文借鉴发达国家 SPC 的理论和实践,结合我国汽车配件制造业的实际情况,
首先介绍了质量及 SPC 基本理论;然后介绍了 SPC 方法在汽车配件制造过程中的应
用,给出了应用 SPC 方法建立制造过程反馈控制系统的基本流程、实施方式、效果
分析和信息化方案设计。最后根据本次研究和实际应用提出了具有现实意义的建议。
本文的核心是汽车配件企业遵照 ISO/TS 16949 技术规范中 SPC 配套手册的相关
要求,有效应用 SPC 方法,使企业的质量信息迅速传递、高效沟通并得到科学分析,
从而降低质量成本,挖掘潜在价值,有效提高企业的质量管理水平。

Abstract
Statistical process control (SPC) is a method that supplier of mobile maker to set up
effective manufacture process control system, in order to produce efficiently and
economically. Its basic principle is to adopt statistical method to monitor the peculiarity of
output continuously and thereby obtaining the actual performance information of the
process in time, accurately in order to response properly to keep the stability of the
process.
This text draws lessons from the theory and practice of developed country SPC,
combines the actual conditions of the fittings manufacturing industry of automobile of our
country, first, introduced the basic theory of quality & SPC; then, introduced the
application of SPC in the auto fittings industry, provide and use SPC method to set up
manufacture process to feedback the basic procedure, mode of execution, result analyses
and informatization solution design; Finally, I state practical suggestions according to this
research & actual use.
The core of this text is that automobile makers follow the relevant demands for SPC
application manual in ISO/TS 16949 technical specification, use SPC method effectively,
make the quality information of enterprises transmitted rapidly, communicate and
analyzed high-efficiently, thus control quality costs, develop potential value thereby
enhance the quality petition.
