摘要
跨文化管理在跨国公司全球管理和开发过程中,特别是在塑造优秀的企业文化,提高企业核心竞争力的重要的理论意义和现实意义。随着知识经济的到来和经济全球化的快速发展,创造知识产品的脑力劳动将成为社会劳动的主要形式,这也预示着科学管理,文化管理,将取代只适用于管理知识经济时代的到来模型,本文从文化的角度来看,探索跨文化管理战略,塑造,不仅有利于自身发展的跨国公司,也有利于社会的和谐发展与进步新的企业文化战略,通过扩大文化理念,促进企业的健康发展,经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract
Cross-cultural management in pany's global management and development process, especially in shaping the good enterprise culture, improve the petitiveness of enterprises is of important theoretical significance and practical significance. With the advent of knowledge economy and the rapid development of economic globalization, mental work to create knowledge products will e the main form of social labor, which bodes well for scientific management and cultural management, will replace only applies to the arrival of the era of knowledge economy management model, this article from the cultural point of view, explore cross-cultural management strategy, shaping, is not only beneficial to the development of panies, but also to the harmonious development of society and progress of new enterprise culture strategy, by expanding culture idea, promote the healthy development of the enterprise, economic benefits and social benefits.
