摘要
随着计算机技术、信息通信技术等电子信息技术的不断发展、进步,建筑物中设备的自动化程度越来越高。同时,。智能建筑技术正是在这样的背景下得到蓬勃发展的,本文在讨论智能建筑的基础上,对一幢二十六层综合楼,楼高81m的建筑的给排水控制系统进行了研究。
针对该高层商住楼用水,结合智能建筑的特点,对该建筑的给水系统、排水系统,进行了初步探讨。给排水系统主要由水泵、水池、电机及阀门等组成。采用变频器进行压力调节,采用可编程逻辑控制器进行逻辑控制。变频器、可编程逻辑控制器作为系统控制的核心部件,时刻跟随管网压力与给定压力的偏差变化,经变频器内部PID运算,通过可编程控制器控制,变频和工频,自动控制水泵投入的台数和电机转速,实现闭环自动调节恒压变量供水,在保持恒压下达到控制流量的目的。给排水系统的监控是通过计算机对系统中的各种水位、水泵工作状态和管网压力进行实时监测,按照一定要求控制水泵的运行方式、台数和相应阀门的动作,以达到需水量和供水量之间的平衡、污水的及时排放,实现水泵高效、低耗的最优化控制,达到经济运行的目的;并对给排水系统的设备进行集中管理,保证系统可靠运行。
当需水量减小时,电动机转速降低,水泵出口流量减少,否则电动机转速调高。排水系统中污水处理池、污(废)水集水井的液位由高低液位显示及越限报警来提醒。水泵过载报警监视水泵的运行状态,当水泵出现过载时停机并发出报警信号。
在本设计中,主要内容包括给水系统,排水系统设计。其中给水系统中采用恒压变频供水方式,水源是城市供水管网。
