本文主要介绍了中国外汇储备中币种结构的现状,并分析了中国外汇储备币种结构存在的问题和相关风险。其中包括币种结构单一所产生的汇率风险,收益率降低等风险,美元资产所占比重过高所产生的外汇贬值风险。认识我国外汇储备结构中币种所面临的风险,特别是金融危机后伴随着美国经济的衰退而产生的持有美元外汇风险。通过对我国高额外汇储备中币种结构的全面分析,针对所面临的这些风险,本文分别从制定多元化的外汇储备币种选择,优化币种结构,调整外汇储备中各个币种所占的币种,特别是逐步的减持美元外汇等方面提出了对策和建议。整体上也要从外汇的制度制定和规模控制上对我国的外汇储备进行科学的管理,来减小所面临的风险。拥有外汇储备必然要产生相应的风险,只有对风险有明确和清醒的认识,才能防患于未然,将风险控制在合理的范围之内,确保我国外汇储备的安全。

With China's rapid economic development, China has e the world's reserve currency, one of the largest, despite drastic changes in the international financial markets today, the huge foreign exchange reserves also means to take huge risks. We are concerned about the foreign exchange reserves at the same time the amount of foreign exchange reserves because of the currency structure of the analysis, because the currency structure is reasonable and effective means of increasing the value of foreign exchange reserves.
This paper describes the structure of China's foreign exchange reserves in the currency situation, and analyzed the structure of China's foreign exchange reserve currency problems and the associated risks. Including the structure of a single currency exchange rate risk arising, and so reduce the risk of yield, high share of dollar assets arising from foreign currency depreciation risk.
