摘要:在21世纪激烈的市场竞争中,执行力是每一个企业当前所面临的首要问题。本文首先分析执行力对企业发展的重要性以及企业文化与企业执行力之间的辩证关系,其次结合实际分析了造成企业执行力不强的原因,最后针对企业执行力存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract: In the 21st century the fierce petition, execution is each enterprise are facing most important question. This paper analyses the exe
