天山大厦基坑支护设计

Design of Foundation to Ditch Supporting Structure of TianShan Building Foundation
摘要
本设计是天山大厦的基坑支护设计。地基土层主要由杂填土、粉土、层淤泥质粘土、粉土构成。基坑周边两侧临马路,一侧临公园,一侧临建筑,基坑离建筑物较近。拟建项目所在场地较平整,原始地貌为侵蚀性堆积岗地。
主体基坑支护采用两种不同的支护方式:一种是钻孔灌注桩加锚杆的支护,采用钻孔灌注桩的基坑开挖深度为9m,总桩长12m;一种是土钉墙支护,基坑开挖深度9m。基坑采用深层搅拌桩止水,排水沟排水。
经过设计中的计算,以及支护结构的验算,确定设计满足各项验算要求,可以用于本基坑的支护。

ABSTRACT
This design is the building of TianShan foundation pit design. Foundation soil layer is posed of layers of miscellaneous fill, silty soil, silty clay and silt layer, layer powder silt. Both sides of the the foundation pit is road side, one side near park, building is close to foundation pit . The project site is flat, the original landscape as the erosion of the stacked hillock.
The main foundation pit using two different supporting way: one is bored pile and anchor supporting, using bored piles of foundation pit excavation depth is 9m, the total length of pile12m; one is the soil nailing wall, foundation pit excavation depth 9m. Foundation pit with deep mixing pile water stop, a drainage ditch drainage.
Through design calculation, as well as the retaining structure calculation, to determine the design meet the calculation requirement, can be used in the foundation pit supporting.
