摘要
为加强基建工程项目施工管理,确保施工过程责任明确、有章可循,提高工程进度,降低工程投资,实现最佳效益,制订本制度。随着项目管理由单项目管理阶段进入到多项目管理阶段,越來越多的大型建筑施工企业面临着由于项目数量增加、规模扩大以及地域扩展所带来的新的管理问题,施工企业管理的难度和复杂性大大增加。在这种情况下,如何建立合理的项目管理流程,以实现同一期间内对多个工程建设项目的有效管理,已成为建筑施工企业亟需解决的问题。本文在借鉴并突破现有研究理论的基础上,以大型建筑施工企业为例,构建了一个多项目管理模式的运作体系,旨在为施工企业进行项目管理提供一些有效的管理运作程序借鉴,以提升施工企业的项目管理能力,实现施工企业的整体战略目标。
ABSTRACT
To strengthen infrastructure project construction management, ensure clear responsibility, systematic construction process, improve the construction schedule, reduce the engineering investment, to achieve the best benefit, to develop this system. As the project management by the single stage of the project management into the stage of project management, construction enterprises are facing more and more large due to the project number, scale and geographical expansion brought about by the new management problems, significantly increased the difficulty plexity of the construction enterprise management. In this case, how to establish the reasonable project management process, to achieve the same period more than for the effective management of construction projects, has e a construction enterprise need to solve the problem. In this paper, based on the theory of reference and break through the existing research, in the case of large construction enterprises, build more than a project management mode of operation system, the construction enterprise multi-project management is dedicated to provide you with some effective management program for reference, to enhance the construction enterprise project management ability, realize the goal of overall strategy of the construction enterprise.
