本设计为宁德某华侨联谊会所的建筑给水排水设计。地上一至四层和十九层为综合娱乐场所,五至十八层为酒店住宿。地下一层平时为车库和水泵房,战争时为人防。
本设计包括给水系统、排水系统、雨水系统、热水系统、消防系统和人防给水排水系统。
给水系统采用分区供水,其中一至四层层为市政直接供水,五至十九层分成二个区:5至11层为低区,11至19层为高区。
排水系统采用污废分流制。分为污水排水系统,废水排水系统和雨水排水系统。污水立管为满足排水要求均需设置专用排水立管。地下室不能采用重力流直接排出的的废水,排至地下室集水坑内,用潜水泵抽水至市政排水管网。
消防系统包括:室内消火栓系统、室外消火栓系统、自动喷淋系统和水喷雾系统。消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统单独设置,自成体系,由专门水泵抽水供给。室内消火栓给水系统采用临时高压消防给水系统。。
热水系统采用干管立管循环系统,采用过热蒸汽直接加热。

Abstract
The design of posite construction in Ningde Water supply and the ground one to three for the mall, 4-20 seven garage and pump house as usual, war as air defense.
The design includes water supply systems, drainage systems, stormwater systems, water heating systems and air defense system of water supply and drainage.

Fire fighting system including: fire hydrant system, outdoor fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system and water spray Hydrant System and automatic sprinkler system for individual settings, self-contained, pump the water supply by the Fire Hydrant System, using temporary high-pressure fire water 18m3 high roof tank fire. Automatic sprinkler system is wet sprinkler system.
Hot water system uses dry pipe circulation system, the direct heating by steam.
