Abstract: Song Dynasty reached the peak of culture development of Chinese feudal society and it played an important role in forming a connecting link on the Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty. In this period, the rising of Song ci-poetry and poets represented the cultural achievement. In Song Dynasty, Chinese tea culture developed a lot based on Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty poets were fairly influenced. Song Dynasty tea poets had provided us previous information for us to understand Chinese tea culture.

Chinese tea culture has a long history. Tea culture entered its most prosperous period in Song Dynasty, which had evolved into a condition that the fashion drinking tea had extended all over the country and tea had thus won the status as national beverage. Poet paid more attention to it and placed more stress on the pure flavor of tea and its inherent taste through which spiritual pursuit could be realized. Literator recorded this grand occasion by tea poems which made a strong impression on us and can help us understand tea culture more dynamic. In this paper, I will summarize something
