摘要
洗发水是人们日常必需用品,本课题针对它来做设计,其研究目的是设计出合理的洗发水及洗发水外包装瓦楞纸箱。主要是通过计算、查阅资料的方式对洗发水及洗发水的外包装尺寸进行设计,包括内外尺寸及制造尺寸。试了几个数据,终于使载荷强度、抗压强度等方面符合实际要求。本课题所设计的牙膏盒结构为管式折叠纸盒结构,材质选用挂面纸板,适印性好,可进行彩色印刷。结构简单,强度较高,易于生产,接缝隐蔽,外观简单大方。
关键词:洗发水,包装结构设计,瓦楞纸箱。
ABSTRACT
Shampoo is people daily necessity, this topic for it to do the design, the research purpose is to design a reasonable and shampoo shampoo packing corrugated carton. Mainly through the way of calculation, data access to shampoo shampoo and the outer packing size to carry on the design, including internal and external dimensions and manufacturing size. Tried a few data, and finally make the load strength, compressive strength, etc, in accordance with actual requirements. This topic designed by toothpaste for tubular structure of folding carton box structure, material selection, linerboard, good printing, color printing can be performed. Simple structure, high strength, easy production, seam concealment, appearance is simple and easy.
