摘要
本文对红薯的营养价值、红薯的特点、红薯的种类、和红薯的保健作用进行了介绍,以及在食品工业中的利用现状及存在问题进行了综述,,从此希望所有的农民群众不要那么盲目的对待自己的劳动果实,让自己的劳动得到最大的回报,不要就那么只买原料得到的回报那么少,从而提高自己的生活水平.

Abstract
The main body of a book has been carried out on the sweet potato food value , the sweet potato characteristic , the sweet potato kind, and the sweet potato health care effect introduce that, sum up, and accelerate right away a sweet potato as well as hitting the target making use of current situation and having the problem having been in progress in food industry to develop to have brought forward a little measure. Know all value of sweet potato by making mon people and peasant masses really deep thereby to introduction above , hope that all peasant masses do not treat self so blindly fruits of labour herefrom , let self physical labour get maximal bringing back a report , do not buy bringing back a report that raw material gets right away so only stop improving self thereby so, a living standard.
