摘    要:
职业院校智慧校园是职业院校校园信息化发展的高级阶段和新的形态, 代表着职业教育信息化发展的方向和趋势。本文在“互联网+”时代背景下, 基于职业教育信息化发展的现状、问题及背景分析, 对职业院校智慧校园发展战略进行整体规划研究, 提出了职业院校智慧校园发展的总体目标和发展策略, 阐述了智慧校园建设体系规划、建设内容规划, 进而探讨了智慧校园的组织实施与运营体系。

Research on the Strategic Planning of Smart Campus in Vocational Colleges

Abstract:
Smart campus is the advanced stage and new form in the development of campus informatization in vocational colleges, which represents the direction and trend of the development of vocational education the background of "+" and based on the present situation, problems and background analysis of the development of informatization of vocational education, this paper analyzes the overall strategic planning in developing a smart campus for vocational , it puts forward the major goal and development strategy for vocational colleges to build a smart addition, it elaborates on the systematic planning and construction of the smart 's more, it discusses anization, implementation and operation system of the smart campus.

“十二五”期间, 职业院校认真贯彻《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》和《教育部关于加快推进职业教育信息化发展的意见》, 结合职业教育实际, 大力推进以数字校园为标志的校园信息化建设, 职业院校教育信息化得到快速发展[1]。进入“十三五”时期, 我国加快建设现代职业教育体系, 在“互联网+”“大众创业、万众创新”“中国制造2025”的时代背景下, 职业教育全面深入发展, 职业院校信息化建设进入智慧校园的高级阶段和新的形态。本文对新时代背景下职业院校智慧校园发展战略和整体规划进行研究探讨。
一、职业教育信息化发展现状及存在的问题
(一) 发展现状
近几年来, 我国职业教育全面发展, 职业院校大力实施校园信息化建设, 促进信息技术与职业教育教学深度融合[2], 取得显著成效。一是思想认识得到了整体的提升, 院校管理者和广大师生充分认识到院校信息化对于职业教育发展的重要作用, 普遍认同“专业
