退牧还草工程对内蒙古阿拉善左旗
经济社会效益的影响

摘要:以内蒙古典型项目区阿拉善左旗为例,通过实证与理论分析,研究退牧还草丁程实施的经济社会效益及其影
响因素。结果表明:工程的实施保证了当地农牧民收入与地区经济较稳定增长;实行草场禁牧。促进了产业结构明
显改观,为当地经济发展提供了新的思路与途径;但同时也造成了项目区劳动力剩余以及非项目区草场进一步过
度放牧;牧户家庭的畜牧业生产收益不仅受到退牧还草工程的影响,还受家庭自身特征的影响,其中,牧户拥有的
草地资源和劳动力参加率影响显著。
