GPS给导航定位及大地测量等学科带来了一场革命性的变化。它具有速度快、全天候、自动化程度高、测站间无需通视、可同时测定点的三维坐标等优点,因而广泛应用于测绘领域,尤其在测图控制网的布设方面将逐步取代传统的测量方法。
本文以赤峰市元宝山区平庄镇三水厂水源地1:2000地形图GPS首级平面控制网的布设为例,首先叙述GPS系统的背景知识和基本组成、GPS卫星信号、GPS定位模式。
其次,详细阐述了GPS首级平面控制网的布设方法与施测过程。同时介绍了GPS数据处理的全过程,包括基线解算和网平差。
最后,重点论述了五种能提高控制网质量的方法和手段,分别是:图形条件的控制、多路径效应误差的控制、增强控制网的几何强度和可靠性、剔除观测值粗差提高控制网精度和合理选择起算数据。

Abstract
GPS has revolutionized the science of navigation and geodesy. It has the advantages of speed, all-weather, high degree of automation, munication between stations, as can simultaneous determination of three-dimensional coordinates of control points, So it is widely used in the field of surveying and mapping. Especially ,the new technology in the work will gradually replace the traditional measurement methods.
In this paper,it takes example of the First-Stage Horizontal work Layout and Quality Control of 1:2000 Topographic Map in water source of sanshuichang in pingzhuang township,in chifeng City. The first, this article introduce background and ponent of GPS system,GPS satellite signals,GPS positioning mode.
Second, it remarks the method of the GPS First-Stage Horizontal work and surveying process. And also introduces the entire process of GPS data, including the Baseline Solution work Adjustment.
Finally, focusing on the five method of improving the quality of example:the control of graphical conditions, reducing multipath error, and enhancing the geometric work strength and reliability, eliminate gross errors in observations and a reasonable choice of initial data to improve work accuracy.
